Q. How much space does the Showband require?
A. The band requires a level surface performance area of approximately 20ft wide by 8ft deep.
Q. Does the Showband & Roadshow always wear white tux and red bow ties?
A. No, tell us at the time of booking and we can wear smart casuals if that suits your function better.
Q. Can we see the Tequila Showband or Tequila Roadshow live?
A. Both the band and roadshow specialise in private bookings (Weddings), we very rarely play in the public domain. We hope that our brochure, demo DVD and this website help you with your decision.

A. Payment is required in full immediately after the performance via cheque or cash for both the Showband and Roadshow.
Q. The hotel has asked us if the bands electrical equipment has been tested and if the band are insured?
A. More and more hotels now require their bands and discos to have these important requirements in place before they are allowed to perform. Both the Showband and Roadshow have a Public Liability Insurance policy (Hencilla Canworth Ltd) and all electrical equipment has passed the relevant Portable Appliance Test (PAT), copies of certification can be provided.
Q. Does the Tequila Roadshow have a Karaoke option?
A. No, the Roadshow does not carry the specialist equipment needed for Karaoke and therefore cannot offer this service.
Q. Do you confirm bookings in writing?
A. Yes, after verbally agreeing the details a full contract is produced for both the client and Showband/Roadshow to sign.
Q. There is no time between our wedding reception and evening function for you to set up. Can you set up before the reception?
A. An early set up can be negotiated but this will inevitably increase the price of both the Showband or the Roadshow. Please contact us for details.
Q. We have an unusual first dance song, will the Tequila Roadshow have it?
A. It is common practice for the Bride & Groom to provide the CD for the first dance on the night via the best man. This means you will get the exact version of the song you want and eliminates any misunderstanding. We will return the CD at the end of the night to the best man.
Q. Our function is in a Marquee, do you have your own generator for electricity?
A. No, it is up to you to provide electrical power that is constant and safe to use within the performance area. Both the Showband & Roadshow will not run electrical cables to gain power to the performance area.
Q. What electrical power does the Showband require?
A. The band requires a minimum of four 13-amp sockets within the performance area.
Q. How much time is required for the Showband or Roadshow to set up?
A. The Showband requires 1 hour 30 minutes to set up, sound check and change into their performance clothing. The Roadshow requires 1 hour to set up. These times are accurate if access to the venue is reasonable. Please inform us if access or parking is limited.
Q. Will a changing room be required?
